This cake was requested for a teacher retirement party. The theme of the cake was created by a book called Mrs. Spitzer's Garden (about teachers) that was being given to all the retiree's. The top cake was a recreation of the book by hand painting the fondant to mimic the cover. The bottom sheet cake was butter cream and had hand painted flowers to coordinate with the book!
